At that time, he began striking coins for Maximinus II and Licinius, but never resumed striking them for Galerius. No coins struck in the name of Galerius are noted in RIC for any time after 307. So this coin would be extraordinary, in that it clearly sits in an issue that was struck no earlier than 310. Unlike many Galerius coins, there is no possibility of confusing this with a coin from Maximianus.
