Notes:     Quite possibly unique. Gorny & Mosch Auction 108 (April 2001), lot 1234 is a Tetrobol of the same type. G&M attributed theirs as a Hemidrachm but - in my opinion a Tetrobol. This lot sold for over $800 with the commission and was quite porous.
