Grade:     Good VF, a few scratches
Notes:     A bust variety unrecognized in the references. The earliest gold issues of the sons of Theodosius I used very small, child-like portraits. See the 383-386 solidi of Arcadius (DOCLR 1-4) and a 393-395 solidus of Honorius (DOCLR 691). It appears that no one has recognized a tremissis of Honorius from his earliest period, as junior augustus before the death of his father in 395.
